Look at what Ry just surprised me with at work! I LOVE roses and the fire and ice roses are my absolute favorite. We decided to stay in and have a nice candle-lit dinner. The menu included Tomato Bruschetta with fresh mozzarella on a rustic baguette to start, Seared Honey Scallops on a Sweet Corn Coulis with a Sweet Yam Souffle for our main, a fluffy Tiramisu for a sweet finish, all paired with our favorite wine... Rombauer Chardonnay 2005. Happy Valentine's Day!!
