WoooHoooo! We bought our first home! By the grace of God, a unit with upgrades became available last minute for an unbeatable deal however... we had to close within two weeks! Needless to say, the last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind of signing LOTS of papers, meetings with our home realtor, and of course packing, unpacking and designing our new home!
February 28th we closed escrow and officially began our move-in. A big thanks to my parents and Dave for all of your hard work and effort!
Within a week, we were pretty much all moved in and situated.
We are excited about all the new memories we will be creating in our new home, we feel so blessed to have found this little gem!
Now we gotta get back to work in order to make those mortgage payments!
