This year we celebrated New Years 2008 with the Conkle's and Jamison's in Carmel! We flew in Friday and hit up some great wineries Friday afternoon- it's always fun to catch up over some yummy wine!
Friday night we started with some bubbly and cocktails in the lobby of the Inn at Spanish Bay and ate at their Roy's restaurant. We got to meet baby Chloe for the first time... she is too cute for words. She slept through the entire dinner, we couldn't believe how good she was!
Saturday the boys golfed and us girls went to the spa, shopped, and Marty and I went to Pebble Grill for lunch and over looked the beautiful blue ocean and golf course. We then met back up with Laurie and Stephanie for some Rombauer out by the fire pits. What a great girls day!
Saturday night we went to Fandango's for dinner to celebrate New Year's Eve, we had a nice meal along with lots of laughs.. to be expected from our group!
After dinner we went to Il Fornaio for drinks to toast the New Year... Happy New Year 2008!!!
Sunday Ry and I took our own little trip to the Monterrey Bay Aquarium, it was so fun to see all the sea animals and we even got to hold starfish and slugs!
After the aquarium, we got lunch and walked around the Cannery. What a perfect New Years weekend, it was great hanging out with the Jamison's and meeting Chloe. 2008 here we are!
